Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit einer oder mehreren Durchflußreaktionskammern zur Untersuchung einer oder mehrerer Proben auf einem Sensorchip.
Apparatus to examine one or more samples on a sensor chip comprises continuous-flow reaction chambers for a sensor chip with a number of separated probe arrays (10) matching the number of samples. The positions/dimensions of the probe arrays and chambers are matched so that in a sandwich configuration a reaction chamber is in an accurate fit over each probe array with its inflow/outflow openings. <??>Apparatus to examine one or more samples on a sensor chip has one or more continuous-flow reaction chambers, for a sensor chip with a number of separated probe arrays (10) matching the number of samples. An upper section has a number of separated reaction chambers (20), matching the number of probe arrays, each with an inflow (25) and an outflow (30) opening. The positions and dimensions of the probe arrays and the chambers are matched so that, in a sandwich configuration to combine the sensor chip and upper section, a reaction chamber is in an accurate fit over each probe array with its inflow/outflow openings. The sensor chip and upper section are clamped together.
