Abstract

The utility model discloses a punched transition material taking system, which solves the problems that the electric material taking machine cannot be finely tuned and the manual material taking equipment is time-consuming and labor-consuming in the prior art. The punched transition material taking system comprises a guide rail, a slide carriage, two manipulator arms, brackets and a control mechanism, wherein the slide carriage is arranged on the guide rail, the two manipulator arms are arranged in parallel on the slide carriage along the vertical direction, the brackets are arranged at the end parts of the manipulator arms through link mechanisms, and the control mechanism is used for controlling the manipulator arms. The punched transition material taking system is characterized in that each manipulator arm comprises an arm body which is provided with a cavity and a sliding shaft which is arranged in the arm body and is connected with the link mechanism through a steel wire rope; the control mechanism comprises lead screws which are connected with the sliding shafts, nuts which are matched with the lead screws, and rotating wheels which are connected with the lead screws and are used for controlling the lead screws; an adjusting gear pair which is used for controlling fine tuning of the brackets is additionally arranged at the lower ends of the brackets; an adjusting hand wheel which is connected with the adjusting gear pair through a transmission shaft is arranged on the slide carriage; and each bracket consists of a fixed bracket and a foldable bracket which is movably connected with the fixed bracket.
