本实用新型涉及一种背光板卡勾拉伸工艺的检测模具。该模具包括上模组件、下模组件、卡勾入子和下模入子,所述的上模组件和下模组件通过精密导柱进行连接和导正,所述的上模组件包括依次连接的上模座、上垫板、上夹板、止挡板和上托板,所述的止挡板通过等高套运动,所述的卡勾入子固定在上夹板入子中;所述的下模组件包括依次连接的下模板、下垫板和下模座,所述的下模入子固定于下模板中。本实用新型的冲压实验过程可通过多次成型,多次实验材料的流向,挤压规律,从而保证卡勾尺寸的精准度,根据具体的实际情况,确定最佳的材料补偿量,以保证能达到最佳的经济效益。

The die comprises an upper die assembly, a lower die assembly, a clamping hook intruder and a lower die intruder, wherein the upper die assembly and the lower die assembly are connected and corrected through a precise guide post; the upper die assembly comprises an upper die base, an upper padding plate, an upper clamping plate, a stop plate and an upper supporting plate which are connected sequentially, the stop plate moves through an equal-height sleeve, and the clamping hook intruder is fixed in an upper clamping plate intruder; the lower die assembly comprises a lower die plate, a lower padding plate and a lower die base which are connected sequentially; and the lower die intruder is fixed in the lower die plate. The impact test process can be realized through forming and testing the flow direction and the extrusion rule of a material for many times, so that the precision of the size of a clamping hook can be ensured, the optimal material compensation dosage is determined according to the concrete actual condition, and then, the optimal economic benefit can be achieved.
