Abstract

The utility model provides a novel transverse connector which is formed by a locking part, a self-locking part and two elastic connecting parts, wherein the locking part is provided with a screw hole with anti-back threads, the elastic connecting parts are provided with a through hole which is transversely communicated, and a slope, and the slope is connected with other parts of entities of the locking part through an arc groove. The center of the self-locking part is provided with a contraction groove and an anti-off groove. The novel transverse connector eliminates failure caused by looseness of the threads of the locking part, effectively eliminates the stress acted on the connector when the connector is mounted, and enables the possibility of fracture of the elastic connecting parts and the self-locking part caused by stress concentration to be minimized. The pressure is reasonably distributed after locking, so that the locking is stable and reliable, the connector is not easy to break away, the manufacture is simple, and installation is convenient.
本实用新型提供一种新型横向连接器,所述的该连接器由锁紧部、自锁部以及两个弹性连接部组成。所述的锁紧部设有带防退螺纹的螺孔,所述的弹性连接部设有前后贯通的通槽以及斜面,所述的斜面与锁紧部的其他实体部分通过弧形槽连接。所述的自锁部的中心设有收缩槽以及防脱槽。本实用新型横向连接器,消除了由锁紧部螺纹松动造成的失效;有效的消除了由安装时所施加在连接器上的应力,将应力集中所造成的弹性连接部与自锁部断裂可能性降到最低;锁紧后压力分布合理是锁紧更加稳固可靠、不易脱出,且制造简单,安装便捷。
