Abstract

The utility model discloses a connecting configuration structure of an electrolytic bath cathode steel bar and a soft aluminum strip. The cathode steel bar (1) is connected with the soft aluminum strip (5) through a connecting plate (2), a steel-aluminum explosion welding block (3) and cushion plates (4), the cathode steel bar (1) is connected with the connecting plate (2) and the steel-aluminum explosion welding block (3) is connected with the soft aluminum strip (5) through a welding mode, the cushion plates (4) are located on the lower portions of the connecting plate (2) and the steel-aluminum explosion welding block (3), the connecting plate (2) and the steel-aluminum explosion welding block (3) are connected with the cushion plates (4) through the welding mode, and the connecting plate (2) is rectangular or L-shaped. According to the structure, the connecting plate is subjected to non-rectangle processing, so that the connecting plate is welded with both the end face and the side of the cathode steel bar, welding seams are lengthened, the welding contact area is increased, and the cathode drop of the electrolytic bath is reduced. The cushion plates on the lower portions of the cathode steel bar and the steel-aluminum explosion welding block can support the construction process.
本实用新型公开了一种电解槽阴极钢棒与软铝带连接配置结构,在阴极钢棒(1)和软铝带(5)之间通过连接板(2)、钢-铝爆炸焊块(3)及垫板(4)连接,其中阴极钢棒(1)与连接板(2)、钢-铝爆炸焊块(3)与软铝带(5)通过焊接方式连接,垫板(4)在连接板(2)、钢-铝爆炸焊块(3)的下面,连接板(2)、钢-铝爆炸焊块(3)与垫板(4)通过焊接方式连接。连接板(2)是矩形,或者是“L”形。本实用新型通过对连接板的非矩形化处理,使连接板与阴极钢棒端面和侧面都焊接,增长焊缝,增大焊接接触面积,以达到降低电解槽阴极压降的目的。而阴极钢棒与钢-铝爆炸焊块之下的垫板起到了支撑施工过程的作用。
