本实用新型公开了一种可控式无动力曝气装置,包括设置在有落差的入水口和蓄水池间过水装置,所述过水装置包括竖直且相对设置的两块定位板,定位板的底部固定在蓄水池内,定位板上设有均匀分布的定位孔,定位板间自上而下设有数块过水板,所述过水板长度小于两定位板间的距离,且相邻过水板首尾交错分布,过水板的首尾两端均通过一对挂钩固定在两定位板间的定位孔上,且固定后,过水板首端与其连接的定位板接触。本实用新型实现过水板高度、倾斜度可控,污水流过过水板时,能分布在过水板上,变薄,而锯齿凸棱能打破流下的水面,造成湍流,从而破坏液膜,降低扩张阻力,不仅延长了污水与空气接触的时间,还能起到辅助搅拌的作用。
The utility model discloses a controllable unpowered aerator which comprises a water passage device disposed between a water inlet and a reservoir. The water inlet and the reservoir have a level difference. The water passage device comprises two vertical opposing positioning plates. The bottom of each positioning plate is fixed in the reservoir. Each positioning plate is evenly provided with positioning holes. A plurality of water passage plates are arranged between the positioning plates from top to bottom. The length of the water passage plates is smaller than the spacing of the two positioning plates. The adjacent water passage plates are staggered end to end. The ends of each water passage plate are fixed on the corresponding positioning holes between the positioning plates through two pairs of hooks respectively. After fixing, the front end of each water passage plate is contacted with the positioning plate connected with the water passage plate. The height and tilt of the water passage plates of the controllable unpowered aerator are controllable. When flowing by the water passage plates, waste water can spread on the water passage plates and thin. The surface of the flowing waste water can be broken by saw-tooth ribs to form turbulent flows, so that liquid film is broken, tension resistance is decreased, the time of contact of the waste water with air is prolonged, and assistance in mixing is achieved.
