Abstract

The utility model relates to the mould field, in particular to a core-pulling delaying structure of a sliding block of a mould. The core-pulling delaying structure is characterized by comprising the sliding block and a shifting block, wherein a core portion is arranged in front of the sliding block, and a sliding way is arranged in the sliding block. The shifting block is provided with a first shifting block part which is arranged along the mould opening direction and a second shifting block part which is arranged obliquely relative to the mould opening direction. The first shifting block part and the second shifting block part form a whole, the shifting block is arranged in the sliding way, and the first shifting block part is connected with a fixed mould. When the fixed mould is opened, the shifting block slides for a certain distance along the mould opening direction relative to the sliding way, and the second shifting block part abuts against the inner wall of the sliding way to enable driving force perpendicular to the extending direction of the second shifting block part to be exerted on the sliding block. By means of the core-pulling delaying structure of the sliding block, manufacture cost of the mould is reduced, production efficiency is improved, the forming period is shortened, and accident potential is eliminated.
