Abstract

本实用新型提供一种散热灯壳,包括散热主体、发光单元以及灯盖,该发光单元包括多个SMD贴片高功率光源、基板以及高导热散热硅胶,设置在该散热主体的上半部的散热孔之间的距离值与设置在该散热主体的下半部的散热孔之间的距离差距在1-2mm之间。该基板包括上部以及下部,设置在该基板上部的每两个SMD贴片高功率光源之间的角度值与设置在该基板上部的每两个SMD贴片高功率光源之间的角度值差距在6-8度之间。其利用角度非对称放置导致其散热主体上下两侧的散热量偏差,利用散热孔的偏位与其中的内腔相通,使得整个散热主体形成空气对流,起到更好的散热效果。
The utility model provides a heat dissipation lamp shell which comprises a heat radiation main body, a luminous unit and a lamp cap. The luminous unit comprises a plurality of surface mounted device (SMD) high-power light sources, a base plate and high thermal conductivity heat dissipation silica gel. The difference between the distance among heat dissipation holes in the upper half portion of the heat dissipation main body and the distance among heat dissipation holes in the lower half portion of the heat dissipation main body is 1-2mm. The base plate comprises an upper portion and a lower portion. The difference between the angular value of each two SMD high-power light sources on the upper portion of the base plate and the angular value of each two SMD high-power light sources on the lower portion of the base plate is 6-8 degrees. Heat dissipation amount deviation between the upper side of the heat dissipation main body and the lower side of the heat dissipation main body is achieved by means of angle asymmetric arrangement, air convection of the whole heat dissipation main body is formed due to the fact that the deviated heat dissipation holes and inner cavities are communicated, and therefore good heat dissipation effects are achieved.
