Regulation mechanism for brake disc of press machine

Abstract

Provided is a regulation mechanism for a brake disc of a press machine. One end of a fixed regulating plate is connected to a hinge pin, the other end of the fixed regulating plate is connected to a braking regulating disc and fixed through bolts, a regulation sleeve seat is connected to the braking regulating disc and mounted to the brake disc through bolts, a regulation sleeve is connected with the regulation sleeve seat in hinged mode through outer screw threads on the regulation sleeve and outer screw threads on the regulation sleeve seat, a push rod is mounted in a blind hole in the regulation sleeve through a bearing, and the regulation sleeve is fixed on the regulation sleeve seat through locknuts. According to the regulation mechanism for the brake disc of the press machine, the regulation sleeve, the regulation sleeve seat, the braking regulating disc and the fixed regulating plate are used, and therefore the whole regulation mechanism for the brake disc has the advantages of being fast in regulation and convenient to repair.
一种压力机制动盘调节机构,它是由固定调节板一端连接在销轴上面,另外一端连接在制动调节盘的上面,并由螺栓固定,在制动调节盘上连接有调节套座,调节套座通过螺栓与制动盘安装在一起,调节套与调节套座通过各自身上的外螺纹铰接在一起,顶杆通过轴承安装在调节套的盲孔中,调节套通过调节套座由锁死螺母固定在调节套座的上面;由于本实用新型采用了调节套、调节座、制动调节盘、固定调节板机构的结构方式,使整个制动盘调节机构具有调节速度、维修方便的优点。
