本实用新型涉及一种割矩固定装置,包括一中部用于夹持割矩的夹持环,其特征在于:所述夹持环包括一用于联接在割矩外周且前侧具有开口的圆环体,所述圆环体开口两旁向外延伸有连接件,两连接件设置有相互配合的第一螺孔,两连接件经螺栓实现锁紧连接,所述圆环体后侧连接有连接部,所述连接部开设有贯穿连接部上下端的通孔,所述通孔内插接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆下端部联接有脚轮,该装置在不增加投资新设备的情况下,利用现有的手持式空气等离子弧切割机和小车式气割机,把等离子弧手工切割改成了自动切割,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,同时切割的拉板材料直线度和切割面质量都得到提高,减少了后序刨床加工的工作量,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

According to the cutting torch fixing device, under the condition that no new devices are added, an existing handheld air plasma-arc cutting machine and a trolley type gas cutting machine are utilized, a plasma-arc manual cutting method is changed to a plasma-arc automatic cutting method, labor intensity of workers is greatly lowered, the straightness accuracy of a cut pulling plate material and the quality of a cut surface are improved, workload for following facing machining is reduced, production cost is lowered, and production efficiency is improved.
